Use Sunday as your prep day to make a bunch of different smoothies & freeze them.
This way, you don’t risk fruit going bad before you have a chance to use it & the work is already done!
Store in Ziploc freezer bags.
Transfer one to the refrigerator at night & in the morning, snip off a corner & pour!

Add sugar & vanilla to taste (amount varies depending on how big your batch is).
